1. What Data We Collect
Order and account data — name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order history, and confirmation that you are aged 18 or over.
Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; we receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card.
Enquiries — name, contact details and message content when you use our contact form or email us, including trade account applications.
Trade due diligence data — for trade accounts we collect the documents described in our Legal Policy (e.g. incorporation and VAT certificates, photo ID of business owners), as required by the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and browsing behaviour, collected via cookies subject to your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who need it to perform services for us:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe privacy policy)
- Delivery couriers — name, address and phone number, to deliver your order and verify age on delivery
- GoDaddy — website hosting
- Google — web fonts and, with your consent, analytics
- HMRC and law enforcement — where we are legally required to report, including under our due diligence obligations
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, insurers) where necessary
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.
4. How Long We Keep It
- Order, invoice and payment records: 6 years (tax and accounting law)
- Trade due diligence records: 6 years after the relationship ends
- Enquiries that do not lead to a sale: up to 2 years
- Marketing consents: until you withdraw consent

5. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. 6. Children
This website sells alcohol and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from under-18s; any such data will be deleted.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to those who need it. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
